MAGPIES WIN 2011 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP After setting a goal in the beginning of the year to win a divisional championship, the Magpies put on a stellar performance to take out, in convincing style, the D2 cup! It was truly a team effort on and off the field and not just for the final or the weekend but all season long...Thanks to all who have helped out in any and every way to make this year the most successful in the clubs 13 year history...and if you were interested here is how we got there!! JARRAD REXILIUS MVP NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME Magpie Rookie, Jarrad Rexilius put on a clinic in the grand final against Austin dominating the middle of the ground. Deservedly so, he picked up the games “best on ground” award and lead the team to victory. Jarad also kicked 2 crucial goals in the grand final, and 5 total for the tournament.
